- You need 3 cups of 1 day or 2 old cooked Rice.
- It's 6 of Cherry Tomatoeschooped in 4.
- It's 1 tbls of frozen peas.
- Prepare Pinch of Salt.
- You need 1/2 of Black cracked Pepper.

- Add the stuffing mix to a bowl add the water mix until its wet. Add the onions and mix also chopped bacon mix well..
- Add slits down the chicken but not right through. Add the crushed garlic on top and the butter on top also the parsley on top of that..
- Add the cooking foil to the worktop open. Then add the stuffing mix in a heap in the middle. Then add the chicken pile on top. Then roll the bottom ends together tightly but leave a little room around the chicken. Then tighten around to the top. And seal it..
- Add the foiled chicken to a small oven dish and add to a preheated oven 180°C for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take out and open the top of the foil and add back to the oven for 10 minutes. Turn up to 190°C..
- Take out and set on serving plate serve hot..
- Rice. fork the rice to seperate with being in the fridge. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and peas. And finally onion. You dont have yo do the rice you can have whatever you want as a side dish..
- Add 2 tbls olive oil to a frying pan heat up and add the rice fry for 3 - 4 minutes mixing with a wooden spoon so as not to let it stick. Serve hot. Add a littke more black pepper at the end..
